but the list of individual power-brokers is an ever-changing
group.
That circumstance is clearly reflected in The Hockey News' second
annual ranking of 100 People of Power and Influence in hockey.
The list includes 38 new entries.
#88: Watch for Guy Carbonneau
to rise in the Canadiens' ranks much like Kevin Lowe's super-fast
elevator ride in Edmonton. Carbonneau is a quick and deep thinker
who knows the game on and off the ice, as well as a lot of other
people who hold senior positions on other teams.
