Carbonneau reviendra

Quant au président des Saguenéens, Guy Carbonneau, il a confirmé qu'il était sur le point de s'entendre avec les dirigeants du Canadien de Montréal afin qu'il poursuive sa carrière comme entraîneur-adjoint à Michel Therrien.
«Il me reste quelques petites choses à régler, mais ça ne devrait pas créer de problèmes. Ce n'est qu'une question de temps», de dire Guy Carbonneau.

Charbonneau dit vivre une belle expérience à cette première participation aux assises annuelles de la LHJMQ.

«C'est la première fois que je vais assister à un repêchage. Lorsque j'ai été réclamé par les Sags, je n'étais pas au repêchage et ce fut la même chose lorsque le Canadien m'a repêché. Je jouait alors au golf à Chicoutimi.

«Je ne sais pas si je vais faire de l'effet aux joueurs que nous allons repêcher, mais je me souviens que j'avais été impressionné par les Guy Lafleur, Larry Robinson et Mario Tremblay», de dire l'ancienne vedette des Saguenéens de Chicoutimi.

As for the president of Saguenéens, Guy Carbonneau, he confirmed that he was on the point of meeting with the management of the Montreal Canadiens concerning continuing his career as assistant to Coach Michel Therrien.

"There remain some small things for me to work out, but that should not create any problems. It is only a question of time," said Guy Carbonneau.

Carbonneau said it was a great experience participating for the first time in the annual meeting of the LHJMQ.

"It’s the first time I’ll attend a draft. When I was claimed by Sags, I wasn’t at the draft, and it was the same thing when the Canadiens drafted me. I was playing golf in Chicoutimi at the time.

"I don’t know if I will have much effect on the players we draft, but I remember I was impressed by Guy Lafleur, Larry Robinson and Mario Tremblay, " said the former star of the Chicoutimi Saguenéens.
